Tidying up (debian packaging for DataBank, resolve DataStage submission difficulties)

Anusha to finish debian packaging by 8 March.  Need someone to test but should be OK

Sprint call on Monday 12 March to plan next sprint

Note: Joe going on holiday for several weeks, starting Monday

Demo machines for public

Bhavana working on DataStage submission process so it won't hang.  Wait for next release so DataStage has (mostly) full functionality.  DataBank to be made public once Anusha has renamed the machine to DataBank-demo.
